1. Is an appointment needed for an oil change ?

NO. Just pull up to our Fast Lube Facility .......... NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.

2. What is the average wait for an oil change ?

Once we begin to work on your vehicle, you can expect a 20 minute wait for an Oil & Filter change. Other services may extend that time. In addition to the Oil & Filter change, our Ford trained technicians also perform a no-charge multi-point inspection keeping you informed as to the condition of your vehicle.

3. Do you offer synthetic oil ?

YES. We carry Motorcraft synthetic oil, Semi synthetic oil and Valvoline oil. Our standard oil is Motorcraft Semi Synthetic 5w20 which is the right choice for most vehicles.

4. Do you sell tires ?

YES. We have a full line of Brand Name tires. We will meet or beat the pricing of the competition on tires we sell. We offer No CHARGE tires rotations for the life of tires we install (when a set of 4 is purchased). Contact one of our Service Advisors for full details.

5. My vehicles is not a Ford, can I use your Fast Lube facility ?

YES. Our Fast Lube facility provides service for all makes and models.

6. Does Fast Lube have special hours ?

YES. Our Fast Lube facility is open as follows:

Monday thru Friday 7:00am - 5:30pm ..........last car serviced at 5:00pm

Saturday 7:00am - 12:30pm ................................last car serviced at 12:30pm
