1. Are your technicians Ford Certified ?

YES. We have technicians Ford certified in all areas of repair. Their certification is an ongoing process as new technologies and vehicles are developed.


2. Do you offer loaner vehicles ?

YES. You must be at least 21 years of age with verifiable insurance.


3. How can I schedule a service appointment ?

Appointments may be made by phone at 414-425-1000 or toll free at 866-304-7370. You may also schedule an appointment on-line directly from our web site. Oil and Filter changes do not require appointments....just pull up to our Fast Lube facility.


4. Do you sell tires ?

YES. We have a full line of Brand Name tires. We will meet or beat the pricing of the competition on tires we sell. We offer No CHARGE tires rotations for the life of tires we install (when a set of 4 is purchased). Contact one of our Service Advisors for full details.


5. Do you offer towing ?

Hiller Ford does have a preferred towing partner, see details under the service tab.


6. Can vehicles be dropped off for service after hours ?

YES. A drop box for your keys is located at the north side of our Service Department. Complete the information on the drop envelope.


7. Do you service vehicles other than Ford's ?

We can do all warranty work on Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles. We can provide maintenance service such as ( tires, brakes, batteries, oil changes, ....etc. ) on all competitive makes and models.


8. Is there a warranty on my repair ?

Yes, Most repairs come with a 12-month 12,000-mile parts and labor warranty honored at any Ford dealership nationwide.
