Instrument Panel / Instrument Cluster 

Explorer Sport customers will immediately notice the white-faced, luminescent gauges prominent on the Instrument Panel and Instrument Cluster. They'll appreciate the full set of gauges and warning lights all set in an ergonomically-correct, easy-to-read unit.

The instrument cluster features a distinctive white dial with black markings. Drivers will find standard instrumentation: analog speedometer, trip odometer, fuel gauge, engine oil pressure, engine coolant temperature, battery voltage and tachometer. Warning lights include: fuel reset, check engine, safety belt, ABS, high-beam, door ajar, battery, brake, airbag, turn signals, check gauge (activated by hot engine temperature, low oil pressure or fuel level below 1/8 tank, SecuriLock™ passive anti-theft system engaged, speed control(if equipped), 4WD High/4WD Low (4x4 only) and O/D off. The instrument panel also features a color-keyed, full-width pad, side window demisters and air registers. It's designed with laminated dashboard sheet metal to reduce the transfer of engine noise to the passenger compartment.
