Appointment Coordinator

We are a complete Ford Dealership with a New and Used Car Sales Department, Body Shop, Service Department, and Quick Lane. Responsibilities for Appointment Coordinator include:
Answer inbound calls to schedule service appointments 
Set up daily loaner vehicles 
Greet all customers promptly and courteously
Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
Must be reliable and career-focused 
Maybe required to perform all other duties and tasks as directed by management

Requirements:
Good typing and basic computer skills
Professional phone manner
Strong organization and ability to multi-task
Quality customer service skills
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday 
Strong desire to "assist the customer"
Attention to detail 
Ability to work well with others
Thrive in fast-paced environment
Dependable and reliable attendance required
Valid driver's license
Able to work Monday-Friday 6:45 am-4:00 pm

The following abilities are preferred:
Dealership experience
Prior CDK computer software experience 
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is helpful but not necessary

Automotive Maintenance Technician

The Automotive Maintenance Technician at Hiller Ford is an entry level position where you will gain hands-on experience by learning how to perform basic automotive services.  You will be part of a fantastic team with an opportunity to grow within the business!

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to diagnose and complete basic automotive repairs
  • Change engine oil and filter, cabin and engine air filters
  • Replacing batteries
  • Install and perform tire maintenance
  • Work with all different makes and models of vehicles
  • Perform a variety of manual tasks which may include light and heavy lifting, standing, bending and squatting for an extended period of time
  • Other shop and automotive maintenance items as needed

Willing to train the right candidate, but prior automotive experience is preferred 

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid Drivers license
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
  • Track record of high personal productivity
  • Must be 18 years of age or older

Service Department Shop Assistant

Parts Driver- Part Time

POSITION SUMMARY

You will drive a company owned vehicle to deliver replacements parts, equipment, tools and accessories to local body shops, dealerships and other locations in a timely fashion.

  • Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am- 2:00 pm
  • Wage: $12.00 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES      

  • Maintain cleanliness and operability of delivery truck.
  • Organize schedule of deliveries. 
  • Perform safe pick-up and deliveries.
  • Keep parts department up-to-date on delivery schedule.
  • Work with Parts Manager to identify potential clients.
  • Complete sales calls as determined by the Parts Manager.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

  • Attend/complete required training and department meetings.

  • Cleaning, waxing, polishing, buffing, shampooing, vacuuming and detailing the interior and exterior of dealership and customer vehicles.
  • Applying cleaners, sealants and protective coatings to sold vehicles prior to customer taking delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
