I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. A surprising development left us having to find another vehicle in a very short amount of time, not to mention the unexpected financial constraints that usually comes. Along with that, we found a car Patrick did a pretty good job putting all the parts and pieces together, and although we spent a little more time than we had hoped for at the dealership, we walked away pretty and with everything we are up against they made it pretty smooth

I stopped at the Quick Lane yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. Everything was done quickly as the name suggests and I was back on the road in about 20 minutes.
Were very helpful as we are from out of state. Part needed is backordered with delivery after our departure date.
My service advisor, Dave Bainer, did an awesome job. Dave explained everything clearly, and kept me updated on the time estimate for the work to be done.

Nikko and Susan are so wonderful to work with. They helped put me in my dream F250! There are many ford dealers closer to my house but the service does not compare to Hiller Ford.

Arrived early, actually greeted by my tech, said they'd get the car right in! Took all my info, while the tech took the keys. Tech was extremely thorough, even wiped down some of the engine compartment! Gave me a full detail of all the vitals of the car, feel like I can trust them, unlike my hometown dealer! I live in North Dakota, but think i will try to schedule service here on my visits. Will definitely be going back!

Excellent service! I drive an older car and there is alway some kind of issue that pops up. They met us where my car was and walked us through the issue and got my car started. Mackenzie was extremely helpful on the phone and Dan was quick, efficient, and overall great. Thanks for the help!!

The overall purchase experience at Hiller Ford exceeded my expectations. The dealer was apprehensive in giving me a fair value of my trade, however, my sales representative, Nikko, worked diligently to ensure I received a fair value. The one thing that does need improvement is the cleanliness of the vehicle upon delivery. My trade was cleaner than the brand new vehicle I purchased. I give Hiller Ford 5-stars overall as the process was very fluid. I recommend dealing with Nikko.

Work done well but the hood was not completely closed, only safety catch was engaged. I noticed when I want to the gas station after service.

Hiller Ford Body Shop worked on my vehicle after I was in a car accident. They did a great job and also got it done a few days earlier than originally expected, which was a very welcomed surprise. They also went above and beyond - my front seat Weathertech floor mats were very dirty from winter and they had cleaned them which I wasn’t expecting, they look brand new again. Service Tech, "Shaun?" Arrived at appointed time. He was courteous, friendly and informative regarding the recall on my Transit. He explained the problem, answered any questions I may have had, and serviced the issue, and told me the results and his findings. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and I will continue and Other service work done by Hiller Ford.
Always friendly and fast. Not overly pushy on extras they offer but will always let you know what they find.
This is the best dealership in the Milwaukee area. The owners treat you like family and the service manager goes out of his way to make sure things are done right the first time. Even if things don’t go quite as planned it’s always a positive experience.
